Catapulting into Success

Today is Sunday, February 8, 2009, the first day of the second week in the “Gift of February” Project. (audio available on my website at:
http://www.insightsandinspirations.com/february.html)

Thank you to all of you for the sharing and feedback I have been receiving both through your private emails and through the comments on my blog.

Today would be a good time to look back over the first week of February and find some things to feel good about. What have you accomplished so far, and where in your life, have you been more conscious and present? What wonderful things happened last week? Forget about where you may have fallen off track. Give that no attention. Focus on what went right!

You might want to ask yourself the following questions:
Where did I find the joy in my life last week?
Who or what made me laugh out loud?
What happened that gave me a sense of relief and peace?
What caused me to feel a sense of accomplishment?
Did I take even one step forward towards my dream or goal and if so, what was that step or steps?
What insights came to me out of the blue and where did I find some inspiration?

Feel free to share some of your answers in the comments below.

You are now heading into the second week of February. You can take these joyful, positive and productive experiences from last week and use them to catapult you into this new week, where you can build upon them. This means that you are already much further ahead towards your dreams and goals than you were 7 days ago. You are moving forward, you have established momentum, whether it feels like it or not yet.

Tomorrow I am going to talk about picking a “word” for February and/or all of 2009. My word came to me this morning. On Tuesday we will talk about creating a quick “Noticing Abundance” journal. This is very different from a gratitude journal, so please stay tuned and…

Get ready to make February 2009 the very best month of your life so far!

Enjoy and have a beautiful day.

“May there be a miracle in YOUR life today and may you have the EYES to see it.” ~ Veronica Hay

Love and blessings, Veronica
