My mother-in-law passed away late yesterday afternoon and my first morning glory of the season bloomed that same morning. I believe morning glories are here to teach us a very profound lesson about life and about death. They have touched my life in so many ways and I have written about that. I thought today would be a good day to included my story. Enjoy and have a glorious day.

I planted seeds in my little garden this year.

I have never planted seeds before because I am not a very patient person and waiting for the little green shoots to rise above the ground was just too much for me. But this year, I thought I would give it a try. I thought it would be a good metaphor for me to plant something and watch it grow, much as I have many times, planted thoughts, dreams and affirmations and watched many of them become a reality.

And so in the Spring of this year, I planted my garden. I chose many types of flowers and among them, Morning Glories. Within a month, many of the other flowers were bursting through the earth, but not the Morning Glories.

Each morning I would run outside to check on them and nothing, nothing for several weeks more. I was about to give up on them. I was sure that they just did not ‘take’ so to speak. And then one day, it happened! They had broken through the earth and were starting to climb. And climb and climb and climb they did….with their big beautiful heart shaped leaves.

And so the saga continued, nothing for weeks and weeks and weeks but more and more beautiful leaves. And I thought to myself, “Well, leaves are nice, but that is all I will probably get at this point.” And then one fine and glorious morning, there it was, the most beautiful sky-blue morning glory I have ever seen!!! It seemed like a miracle to me. I had waited over 3 months for this one delicate, funnel-shaped flower to show up and now here it was, in all its splendor.

It reminded me of just how many times I had waited in life for something I had longed for and how incredible it felt when it finally arrived and also how many times, that I had wanted to throw in the towel and just give up.

But I wasn’t prepared for what was to happen next with these little flowers and I was surprised and deeply saddened by it.

Roses and geraniums and daisies and most other flowers bloom and stay around for a while but not Morning Glories. Morning Glories open themselves up to the world, in the morning, in all of their glory, hence the name Morning Glory.

And if you look closely at them, you will see how extraordinary they are both in colour and texture and that in their centre is a kind of golden light that shines from within.

But here is the hard part…

At the end of the day, they turn a most beautiful shade of lavender, and then close up, wither and die. They live for only one day and then they are gone. I cannot tell you how much this saddened me and what a profound effect this little flower had upon my life. I kept thinking how sad to be so beautiful and live for only one day. And then I suddenly realized what a gift they were.

You see it doesn’t matter how long your life is. It only matters that you were here, in all your glory, that you opened up completely and let your light shine and that you brought joy to those who came into contact with you. That’s what matters to the morning glory and that’s what really matters to all of us.

The morning glories make me appreciate every new day now, in a way I didn’t before. Each evening I go and visit with them knowing those particular ones won’t be here tomorrow, new ones will take their place. If we knew when we woke up in the morning, that we only had that one day to really live, life would be very different indeed for many of us.

Now, each morning I give thanks that I have been given the gift of another day in all its glory. We can learn from all of life if we remain open to the beauty that is all around us. And nature can be one of our greatest teachers.

What a profound lesson from such a simple flower.

…Thank you, my sweet little morning glories!

Stay tuned for more inspirational words to come…

Here are some tips that may help you uncover what is already waiting inside you.

1. Make a list of all of the things you loved to do as a child. Do you have an especially happy memory of something you really enjoyed doing? Something that you were complimented on and felt extremely proud of.

2. What are your favorite kinds of books? Do you love romance novels, arts and crafts books, mystery stories, new age and metaphysical titles? If you are not sure, visit www.amazon.com and check out their classifications.

3. When you have some free time, how do you spend it? Alone or in the company of friends and family. Exploring the city or visiting the country.

4. What do people compliment you about? If you can’t think of anything, then simply ask a few of your closest friends and business associates what they appreciate about you, what they see as your strengths and talents. You may be very surprised by their answers. Asking a co-worker will give you a much different perspective than asking a family member but both have value in helping you uncover your brilliance.

5. What are you especially proud of having accomplished in your life? This doesn’t have to be about winning awards. It could just be about how you have reached out to offer a helping hand to someone who really needed it.

6. What qualities, talents, gifts do you admire in others? Make a list of the people in your world and beside each one, jot down their strong points and the things you love about them. Be sure to let them know as well and make their day.

7. If you had all the time in the world and money was no longer an issue, what would you really like to do? Imagine what your perfect day would look like from beginning to end. What would you have for breakfast? What is the view like when you open your drapes? How do you spend your afternoon, where, and with whom? How do you feel as you close your eyes at the end of your perfect day?

Doing this exercise will help you to get to know yourself a little better and give you more insight into wherever your true purpose lies.

“There is a giant asleep within every man. When the
giant awakes, miracles happen.” ~ Frederick Faust

You came here for a reason. There is something that only YOU can do and the world is waiting for it.

I wish you Godspeed on your journey.
Veronica Hay

Purpose... and Legacy..." width="282" height="300" />
Today's Garden Picture of the Day - An Orange Calla Lily from My Balcony Garden

What is your individual purpose? What would you like to be able to say is your legacy? I believe that each of us wants to find our purpose in life, our raison d’etre or reason for being. We need to have a motive to get out of bed in the morning. We want to feel alive and passionate about something. Something that makes a difference in the world. We are not alone in this and yet many of us are still searching for that purpose.

Purpose is much bigger than goals, yet we are advised in many of the self help and productivity books to set goals. However, If you are aligned with your purpose, the goals just fall into place.

I was friends with a fellow who set a goal to find the woman of his dreams, have a successful business and own his own beautiful home with a Mercedes Benz parked in the driveway, all by the age of forty. He did manage to achieve all of it and yet he admitted to me that none of it had brought him the peace and happiness that he had aspired to. He did not feel truly content or fulfilled and this really surprised and disappointed him. For him, these goals didn’t really come from the inside. They were simply based on what he thought he should do or have in order to look good and feel respected by his peers. They were more in alignment with what “society” tells us will make us happy than what our heart is saying. They came from the outside. Purpose has to come from the inside.

I was particularly touched by an email I received recently from a fellow who came across an interview I did several years ago with Dr. Leo Buscaglia, author and motivational speaker.

Dr. Buscaglia had an awakening to purpose moment while teaching at the University of Southern California when one of his most talented students committed suicide. As a result of that experience, Leo began a non-credit class he called “Love 1A” and he became known as the “Love Doctor”.

Of all the interviews I have done over the years, with people such as Dr. Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson, Neale Donald Walsch etc, the one interview of which I have received the most feedback in the form of emails and letters is the one with Dr. Buscaglia. I will be forever grateful for Leo’s support and encouragement of my work and I was so honoured that he agreed to an interview, something he rarely did.

Sadly, Dr. Buscaglia passed away this month in 1998. Even though Leo has been gone now for 12 years, his legacy still lives on. So many of my readers have told me that they want to continue his work and make it a part of their own legacy of love.

For many of us, our awakening to purpose comes out of a major life crisis, a suicide in Leo’s case, a life threatening illness for Terry Fox, an active Canadian teenager involved in many sports. Terry was only 18 years old when he was diagnosed with bone cancer and forced to have his leg amputated in 1977.

While in hospital, Terry was so overcome by the suffering of other cancer patients, that he decided to run across Canada to raise money for cancer research. He called his journey the “Marathon of Hope”.

Terry passed away also in this same month in 1981 at the tender age of 22. However, his legacy had only begun. Close to $500 million has been raised worldwide in Terry’s name for cancer research, through the annual Terry Fox Run, held across Canada and around the world.

You can feel purpose in someone’s heart, see the determination in their eyes and witness passion in their step. With purpose, nothing is impossible and no one can stand in the way. The Universe is on your side, cheering you on and rejoicing in your victory. With purpose, defeat is nonexistent as purpose itself is the triumph.

It is not necessary however, to experience a crisis to live on purpose. As Leo said to me in his interview: “It is not enough to have lived. We should be determined to live for something. May I suggest that it be creating joy for others, sharing what we have for the betterment of personkind, bringing hope to the lost and love to the lonely.”

Being fully open, completely alive and intensely aware each day of where we could make a difference in someone’s life and in the world, that for me is purpose. One moment at a time, one day at a time. That is a life well lived. That is a legacy to be proud of. I think we can all think of someone, a teacher, a mentor, a friend or even a complete stranger, who made a real difference for us, perhaps even helped to turn our life around. They may not be famous or publicly celebrated but to us and probably many others, they are the unsung heroes.

We do not need to go out and find our purpose. If we are open to life, it will find us. However, we must be living consciously in order to do that.

Many of us are so caught up in the busyness of life, multitasking on our computers, running errands while talking on our cell phones, conducting business while walking our dogs, that we wouldn’t see a purpose moment if it hit us in the face. And sometimes it does just that. To give you an example, I myself was multitasking the other day, playing on my new iPad and working on my computer, totally lost in what I was doing and completely unaware of what was happening all around me. I was sitting at my desk very near my large balcony door and at precisely that moment a huge gust of wind came up and the drapes hit me in the face. I got the message. I laughed, became conscious once again, and attended to the matter at hand.

Where is life hitting you in the face? And are you ready now to wake up to your own unique and individual purpose?

I have been writing inspirational stories, poems and articles as far back as I can remember. I recall reading somewhere that a good way to uncover your true purpose in life is to remember the things you did as a child that you enjoyed the most, the things you seemed to do a lot of.
In thinking back to those innocent and seemingly carefree days, I remembered that every afternoon when my mother took a nap, I would lie down next to her on the bed and proceed to tell her a story. We had no books in the house in those days and so I would make up my own stories. I would tell her tales of faraway places, of kings and queens and castles. I would regale her with accounts of people who possessed magical powers and worlds where everything was perfect, beautiful, steadfast and true. They would always have happy endings.

Some days, I would make up inspiring poems. I can’t remember if they rhymed or not, but they always made my mother smile. When she was ready to get up, she would hug me and kiss me and tell me what a great little storyteller I was. Of course this only served to encourage my behavior and ensure my return the next afternoon.

It was not until many years later that I came to realize how unusual this scenario was. After all, I was the child and she was the mother.

Making people feel good was always important to me. It was my purpose, my passion. I was indeed born to be an uplifter. In my early jobs, people would visit me in my office and tell me their problems, share their dreams, and trust me with their secrets. In one of the companies that I worked for, it seemed like I spent more time engaged with the people that performing my actual job. My boss said nothing about it to me, possibly because he himself had an unspoken standing appointment with me every morning before our workday actually began. He would come into my office, sit back in the big, comfy, brown chair and proceed to recount to me the details of his life. I would simply listen, offer a few words of compassion, a nod of appreciation, a sigh of understanding, whatever was needed in the moment and he would be on his way, ready to begin his day, his step a little lighter than when he had arrived.

In later years, when I started my own business, I regularly had to stay late in the evenings in order to get some “REAL WORK” done, to make up for the long trail of constant visitors to my office, during the business day.

Looking back, I suppose that was my “REAL WORK” so to speak, in the eyes of the universe. Making a difference in other people’s lives. I was just masquerading as a senior buyer or magazine publisher, whatever the label called for.

I wonder how many there are of us who have been masquerading as something else while actually living our true purpose in whatever way that may be showing up for us. Today would be a good time to take a look at your own life and see where you may be doing just that without even realizing it. Take some time to really acknowledge it and feel good about what a real difference you may already be making in this world just by being you. Perhaps it is time now for you to take that purpose to an even deeper level.

You’ve taken all the abundance courses, read all the prosperity books, watched the latest and greatest inspirational movies, listened to all the motivational audios, and you’re still struggling.

Here are some possible reasons why. Perhaps you can relate to some of them.

1. You’re stuck in the “pay off”. What is the pay off for staying where you are now. I knew of a woman who complained constantly that her husband never paid any attention to her. She was diagnosed with cancer and all of a sudden her husband was at her side, tending to her every need. Shortly thereafter, she became cancer free and her husband went back to his old ways, much to her dismay. Months later, the cancer was back and so was her husband. My point: you may be saying that your desire is to be wealthy, but if wealth is not showing up in your life, then take a good look at “what is”. There may be some clues there as to why.

2. You’re afraid to hurt or lose someone you love. Who would you hurt / lose if you suddenly became rich? Would you be making more money than your parents did and would that offend or hurt them in some way? Would you be in an entirely different financial bracket from your friends and feel that they would resent you or even worse, abandon you?

3. You’re addicted to the drama. You complain about the struggle but you re-live it over and over again. Does it make you feel alive, on some level? A friend of mine recently became debt free and when I asked how that made him feel, he told me that he felt empty inside. No struggle, no drama, no reason for living. Unfortunately, that is true for many of us. How about you?

4. You still have feelings of “not good enough”. Have you ever felt like a small child standing outside of a candy store. You look in the window at all of that candy just waiting there to be devoured, but you don’t feel like you will ever be able to walk inside that door and take it. You see others going in and out of the candy store, but you feel it could never happen for you.

5. You feel safe “playing small”. Playing small is comfortable. Playing big would require you to move out of your comfort zone. It may require that you put yourself out there and that can be a scary thing. Are you ready to, as they say, feel the fear and do it anyway?

6. You believe that “money is bad and / or evil”. This belief is reinforced by the media at every turn. It would be hard to escape not feeling just a little like this. However, it may serve you well to remember that Mother Teresa created lots of money, without which she would not have been able to accomplish what she did and change the world. Think about that.

7. You “get in your own way”. You decide to move forward towards your dreams, you set some financial goals, you begin to feel hopeful, and then you sabotage yourself at every turn, with your thoughts, words and deeds, which are totally contrary to what you have chosen. The sad thing is that you probably don’t even realize that you are doing it.

And you are not quite sure how to change it.

Well, in order to help you do that, I would like to invite you to claim your free instant access to our Wealth Without Limits – Prosperity Series – Lesson 1, as well as many other goodies and bonuses when you visit HERE: You will find a free audio and video there for you to use as well.

These last few days have been for me, a dark night of the soul. Every belief I held, every truth I thought I knew and every answer I had, have all been shattered.

And even though I was surrounded by people, I felt alone, abandoned and afraid.

And yet, through all of it, I also felt higher, as though someone or something were carrying me, lifting me, loving me. And so this time instead of running from the pain, despair and confusion, I embraced it and what happened surprised me. The pain, despair and confusion became my doorway to freedom. All sorts of insights and inspirations flooded into my consciousness. It was as though I had access to a different time and place and was able to see with new eyes.

I have been searching for the truth all of my life in so many places. I thought there was only one truth and that I came here to find that truth and that if I went to enough seminars and took enough courses and read enough books and did enough affirmations that somehow I would find it. Enough, enough, enough already! It was never enough. I was never enough. And now I have found myself in this place and I realized that …

No one can tell you what your truth is or how to get there.

They can only soften the path a little.

But if you are awake and alive, there will come a time when

you will have to examine your own heart.

During this time, I thought often of Mother Teresa and what a powerful woman she was, yet without the arrogance that one often finds in powerful people. She was able to command large amounts of money from everywhere and yet she was so humble. She didn’t need to be the best at anything, she just needed to BE. Simple and profound. She touched countless lives and changed the world one person at a time.

I have an act of kindness section on my website and for the last 7 years have been putting acts of kindness suggestions on one of my daily pages. This morning as I was thinking of Mother Teresa again, I sat down to my computer and these words flowed from my fingertips and onto the screen.

Whatever you do today, remember ONE thing.

That in the end, all that really matters is the LOVE!

Did you seek it? Did you find it?

But most importantly – DID YOU GIVE IT?

Remember the LOVE!

And then I knew that was the truth I was looking for. Remember the LOVE. Often in our quest for bigger and better things, we forget why we came here in the first place. When my father died and I was sitting on his doorstep outside waiting for the limo to arrive to take me to his funeral, this was never more apparent. There stood his beautiful house and car in silence. He would never walk up those stairs and open that door again or sit behind that wheel. But I could feel his presence. He was much bigger than all of those things. His love was there forever. It didn’t die with him. The only thing we take with us when we leave this place is the love and it doesn’t matter if we die with a slim body and a fat bank account. All that matters is the love.

In remembering this, I came to know my truth. Perhaps we don’t come here to learn, perhaps we come here to teach. And the secret to success is in the love. Then I recalled a story I heard about a woman who hated her job and was living a joyless life of struggle. Her heart was closed in pain, anger and resentment. She was working as a cleaning lady. One day the old woman she worked for put on some music on the stereo. It was music that she and her late husband used to dance to. She was missing her mate terribly and longing for the gentle touch of another soul. The old woman asked the cleaning lady if she would dance with her. The cleaning lady was a bit taken aback at first but agreed to do so. And then something miraculous happened. In opening her arms to the old woman, she also opened her heart and the tears and the love began to flow. She let the love in and in that precious moment that love lifted her spirit and transformed her life. Right after this incident the cleaning lady’s business started to take off, she got so many calls she had to hire a huge staff to accommodate everyone and her company grew by leaps and bounds. The struggle disappeared and everything that she had been trying to make happen came to her effortlessly, once her heart had been opened.

In remembering this story, I knew that I had found my truth. The secret to success and the secret to life is in the love. Once I knew that, I knew everything.

How do you see the world? Do you see the glass as half full or half empty?

Do you complain and focus on what you don’t have instead of what you do have?

Do you take secret enjoyment in someone else’s failure or embarrassment?

Do you judge others? Do you see yourself as a victim? (Don’t worry – we have all been there at one time or another.)

Do you use the words SHOULD and CAN’T a lot, as in “I should do this” and “I can’t afford it.”

Are you resentful of another’s success or do you celebrate it?

Do you look for the worst or the best in people?

Do you see the world as a safe place full of people who are happy to support you? Or do you see the world as fearful, a place where you always have to be on guard, in case someone might steal from you, lie to you or hurt you in some way?

In other words, what do you believe about the world and focus on for the majority of your day?

Remember that what you focus on expands. You are much more powerful than your realize. Your thoughts are light energy beams and given enough charge they can create just about anything, good or bad. If you are thinking and speaking the same things over and over again, then very little can improve in your life.

For example, this morning I ran out of kleenex in the bathroom. I looked everywhere for a new box but couldn’t see any. I thought to myself, NO KLEENEX. I made a mental note to go to the store in the afternoon and pick some up. Later, as I was sitting at my desk writing this article and feeling happy and relaxed, I looked up and there was a fresh new box of kleenex. I remember looking on my desk earlier when I ran out, but I did not SEE the kleenex. Why? Because I was focusing on – NO KLEENEX, so that is what I got – NO KLEENEX.

This is exactly how the Universe works with everything. If you are thinking and believing – No Money, it will give you No Money because that is what you are a match to. And even if the money were right in front of your face you would not be able to SEE it. But when you relax and get into a good feeling place and allow the Universe to do its job, then all of a sudden whatever it is you are wanting shows up, be it money, better health or a good relationship.

This incident with the kleenex was a very significant message for me because I have had a feeling for a very long time now, that what I need to make all of my dreams come true is right under my nose, but I haven’t been able to SEE it yet. How about you? Is there something in your own life that you are not SEEING yet?

I was quite frankly very surprised to learn that we do not actually see with our eyes but with our brain. Two people can be looking at the exact same thing and see something completely different. So even if nothing changes but how you SEE the world, then how you SEE the world changes everything.

It has always amazed me that the evening news is almost always about something extremely negative such as murder, violence, fraud, weather catastrophes, corruption and what surprises me even more is that people actually watch it. Yes, these things do happen, but they are in the minority, the very small minority. The world is filled with people doing all kinds of wonderful things. Silent angels abound on the planet. Unsung heroes count in the thousands, perhaps even millions. Acts of kindness and miracles are everywhere. There is so much good going on in the world that we never hear about and so we begin to live our lives from this very small place and we think that is all there is. And our path in life becomes like walking through a graveyard on a summer’s day. It feels warm and cosy, but it’s dead there.

We are continuously being given messages from our environment all day long and either these messages are empowering us or they are bringing us down.

And commercials are the same way. We are bombarded in this culture with negative messages and conditioning. We are told what we should look like, how we constantly need to be fixed and then given a product and/or service that will do just that. It is any wonder that we have become the walking wounded. Even the songs we hear on the radio are for the most part sending us negative messages of life being hard and things never going our way. There is some great music out there but we need to search it out. Many of us walk around oblivious to all of this and don’t even realize how much we are affected by it at a deep subconscious level.

And it is not just in the media. For example, what do you have hanging on your walls at home or in your office. Pictures and photographs that make you feel good every time you look at them or paintings that may unconsciously be giving you a very clear message. One that you don’t want.

Here is an interesting story. Mary had a beautiful painting hanging on her wall of a lady sitting in a lovely French outdoor cafe. The woman in the painting was alone and looked very sad but Mary loved the painting because it was from Paris and she longed to go there one day when she met the person she was to spend the rest of her life with. But this never seemed to happen. Mary seemed destined to always be sad and alone or so she thought. Until the day Mary took down that painting and replaced it with a picture of a very happy couple lovingly sitting together in a french cafe, enjoying each other and life. Every time Mary looked at this new painting her heart soared, and guess what? Within a couple of months she met and married the man of her dreams and they spent their honeymoon in Paris.

Now lets focus on what you are NOT SEEING!

In order to allow more prosperity and abundance into your life, you need to have a consciousness of abundance and prosperity. In other words, you need to SEE abundance and prosperity everywhere. Scarcity is an illusion. It is not the truth of who you really are and what you are capable of. It is simply a misdirected thought, a perception, a habit of seeing the world in a certain way, a habit you have probably been practicing for a very long time. So in order to change your life, you need only to shift your perception. Sounds great, you’re thinking, but HOW do I do that? The answer… PRACTICE!

It is all about PRACTICE. How do you learn how to play the piano? One note at a time, one day at a time and PRACTICE! It is the very same with Wealth, Abundance and Prosperity. Practice! You need to start noticing how abundant the Universe already is. When you are out walking, begin to notice how lavish everything is, the hundreds of trees, the thousands of leaves, the profusion of wildlife and flowers, the vastness of the sky, the opulence of nature all around you. When you go to the grocery store, wander around the produce section and notice how plentiful it is. The thousands of colourful and flavorful fruits and vegetables at your disposal.

Notice… Notice… Notice…

Practice…Practice… Practice….

Sounds silly? Perhaps, but you can be serious and poor or silly and rich. It is always your choice!

Action Plan: This is your wake up call. Become conscious of what you are surrounding yourself with in your own private world. Walk around your home and look at your walls and if there is anything there that doesn’t completely uplift you, then you might want to remove or replace it with something that does. You might want to put a picture on your wall of something that you are wanting to create in your life so that you can see it every day and it becomes a part of who you are. Turn off the news and radio and instead listen to some positive motivational tapes or cd’s as you are driving or read some inspirational literature. Don’t worry – if anything happens that you really need to hear about, you will. Stay away from gossip and don’t complain about anything, just for the during of this program. If you want to resume complaining after the program, that is fine with me, but somehow I don’t think you will. And start NOTICING and PRACTICING!!!

Begin to see abundance everywhere you go and in everything you do. Notice it! Comment on it! Give thanks for it! Exaggerate it in the beginning if you have to. This is all a game anyway and we are playing to win this time. Have fun with all of it. Do this and just see if your life begins to move in a new direction.

My name is Veronica Hay and I am an inspirational author. I have been producing a daily inspirational post for the past 14 years and have received hundreds of requests from my subscribers. Over the years, I have noticed that each person is really asking for the same thing, just in various forms and through different means.

This prompted me to take some time to really think about what it was that I wanted to give these amazing people. If I could offer them a perfect day, what would that look like?

And so, I came up with the following inspirational words… Enjoy!

My Wish For You Today

Copyright © 2003 by Veronica M. Hay.

That you take some time to close your eyes and IMAGINE and DREAM, so big and so deep, that you become like the caterpillar, who emerges as the butterfly.

That you LAUGH today, harder than you have ever laughed before, so hard, that your sides ache, and tears stream down your beautiful, glistening face.

That you LEARN something new today, something so utterly amazing, that it shakes you up, and rocks your world.

That you SAVOR the little things in your day today, your first cup of coffee, snuggling with your puppy, your baby’s sighs, your loved ones embrace.

That you SMELL one magnificent flower, so close and so intensely, that your nose rejoices to be a part of such an extraordinary face.

That you SEE, really see, your own soul reflected in someone else’s eyes, and you don’t run away, even though you’d like to.

That you WALK today, with a firm step, and a confident stride, as if you are really going somewhere, because you are.

That you PRETEND you are rich and witty and wise, whatever it is you are wanting to be, act as if, pretend it now.

That you FORGIVE everyone who has ever hurt you, and you understand the deeper purpose of all your pain.

That you really SMILE at someone today, as though they were your long lost lover come home again to steal your heart.

That you TASTE everything in your life today, the food, the wine, the rain drops, the snow flakes, each other, with your eyes closed, and your senses fully open.

That you PLAY today, with all the innocence and abandon of a sweet child, unaware of anything else, but this precious moment.

That you ALLOW yourself to just BE today, whatever your heart calls you to be, and DO only those things that inspire your soul.

That you tell the truth, and keep your word, and judge no man. That you FORGET today, forget your age, forget your past, forget your aches and pains.

And begin to REMEMBER, who you really are, and why you came here, and how very much you are loved.

Have the most wonderful day.

Love and blessings, Veronica

Stay tuned for more inspirational words to come…
