The Vibration of Appreciation and Love

We are now on Day 12 in the “Gift of February” Project, getting very close to half way through -  audio available on my website at:

Thank you to all of you who have participated so far.  Today the topic is about the vibration of love and appreciation.

“The vibration of appreciation and the vibration of love are identical.” Abraham Hicks

I did not realize that those two vibrations are the same. I am happy to know that and take some time each day to write down all of those things that I appreciate. I don’t allow myself to get out of bed in the morning anymore, until I can think of ten things to be grateful for.  These are just SMALL habits that make a BIG difference in our lives.

Perhaps you would like to share some of the ways that you have been practicing feeling grateful this month, in order to help make February 2009,  your best month ever, by commenting below. Thank you.

Take care and have a delicious day.

Love and blessings, Veronica

Starting your morning with Gratitide is so powerful!

A few years ago, in the middle of a heart breaking divorce and watching my precious mother dying of a terminal disease, I used to wake up with such a heavy heart. I prayed and asked God what to do. I didn’t even want to wake up and face the heaviness of my own soul, never mind all the facts currently manifesting in my life.

God spoke to me and said, “Praise (or Gratitude) is ALWAYS appropriate.”

That one statement profoundly changed my life. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t spend 5 or 10 minutes before I open my eyes and get out of bed, just thinking of all the things for which I am grateful. My days always start with peace and I face challenges with a different perspective having started my day with gratitude.

    Beautiful message, Veronica!

I’m always thankful to God for everything I receive and before falling awake I take a little time to express gratitude. I also express appreciation before or after having my meals and when I return from the supermarket for having been able to buy what I needed. Instead of thinking of what I lack, I concentrate on what I receive, material and spiritual gifts.
I’d also like to express my appreciation to you, Veronica, for sharing your thoughts and making me reflect on life.

    Hi Veronia
I thinks it’s great that before rising you think of all the things you have to be grateful for… Normally I wake up late, having to dash around like a bat out of hell, but I should do this I think. I will try it. ;)
I do appreciate every thing I have been given. I know that I am very fortunate. I am blessed with health, employment, good friends and I am grateful to just be alive. God is good.
Thank you Veronica for making me more conscious of the present and not take things for granted.

Hi Veronica, once again it´s me, Liza.
We’ve been doing this for several years now: We wake up at 6AM (our kids are small and go to school). So we wake them up and all three gather up in our bedroom. We go around the room saying thanks for whatever we want to say… it could be for having had a great soccer game the day before, or being able to play with their friends, or for a great supper, etc. etc. We all say thanks, then we repeat the following phrase 5 times (from Emile Cue) “Everyday in everyway I am getting better and better.

And off to get dressed they go. It is a wonderful way to say good morning, without having to fuss about getting up, and then they are so awake that they get dressed really quickly. My husband enjoys this as much as I do, and I think our kids like it also. We need to help children of the world to learn to appreciate everything and be grateful for it.
    Thanks. Love Liza
